PiYo is an innovative form of exercise that is a blend of Pilates and Yoga. Developed by Chalene Johnson, PiYo is marketed as a low-impact workout that strengthens and sculpts the body, and enhances flexibility.
This class is appropriate for all levels. Please speak with the instructor before class about any specific health concerns or injuries you might have.
