Kundalini yoga is a powerful practice you have to experience for yourself. Come try it and see if you aren't the calmest and most relaxed you've felt in years. Yet, at the same time your mind will be focused and your heart will feel full.
If yoga intimidates you, kundalini yoga is perfect for you. Everyone's eyes are closed, most practices are done seated or lying down and everyone is encouraged to do what they can as much as they can. Keeping up with your neighbor isn't the purpose; keeping up yourself is the goal. It is a very personal practice that is available to everyone of all shapes, sizes and abilities.
