Heated Yoga Flow Fundamentals

This class uses a heated studio and the active vinyasa flow series to generate heat in your body, get your heart pumping, and make you feel great. Instructor Brant will take you through an energetic flow designed to build strength and endurance while also finding balance in your body and breath through repeated, vigorous movement. This class is 1 hour long and is suitable for intermediate/advanced yogis or beginners with a good foundation of strength and cardiovascular health.
