Shake off your workday stress with this 1 hour restorative-style yoga class. You will explore the basics of restorative yoga, deep breathing, meditation, and pure relaxation and bliss with Shannon. This class is good for all levels and will use props to aid you in finding poses and stretches that work best for you body.
